My story with suffering to lose back fat

Before i even started to lose my back fat for free, i vowed that if i succeed in such mission, i will teach anyone that faces the same problem how to do it. As the mission is complete long ago, i'm paying it back on this site. Listen carefully, what you are going to hear is a real life experience. If you read without the intention to implement, then you are being unfair to your self. Period.

have you ever seen someone with a slightly normal shape but can never lose some fat rolls on their back? I have, because It was me. I felt terrible, i went to the gym for a month and it was exhaustive like hell. It worked, but not that much, not fast though. I lost some but then i regained that back fat over again. Damn!

I used to wear T-shirts that looks okay from the front and horrible from the back. You may know this feeling already. Well, not anymore, keep reading.

In the process of trying to improve my body shape as fast as possible, i figured why not try to do some aerobics and running. Unfortunately i didn't know back then what is meant to make you lose back fat and what helps in losing other parts of body fat. So i randomly started to do the aerobics exercises. I eventually got tired. Fail.

I then started recalling my days in the gym and how i used to eat proteins and good food. Then it hit me. My dad always used to do push-ups and he has a great shape. So i figured, "Why not try it".

Laying on the ground for the first time and ready in the position of push-ups, i started counting: 1,2,3 and all the way to 10. uh i couldn't get my body off the ground in the 10th count. But i figured what the hell. With time comes progress. And i never thought i was right.

By the end of my first week, i managed to do 10 counts easily and fast. I then started to think big. I thought of a diet that fits this exercise. So i used trial and error to figure out the best diet for losing back fat with push-ups. Firstly, i tried eggs and bread on breakfast. potatoes (carbohydrates for the practice) and meat (proteins for the push-up muscle) on lunch, and anything else in dinner except butter. And i practiced at night around 10 pm. After two weeks, it seemed that i'm starting to regain some fat though. So i decided that those things were not my best choice. I tried many other sets that would make your head spin. I eventually settled on this successful system: three eggs and bread with honey on breakfast, rice with a piece of chicken and vegetables on lunch and cheese with one egg on dinner. I practiced in the afternoon around 3 pm.

After two weeks i saw a spectacular shape showing up (this is the part where you should say "Wohooo" as a compliment). This gave me motivation to even gain greater shape. I will never forget the moment when i looked at the mirror and found my back looking like a "V" shape. That was fast enough. Priceless!

Fortunately, you will not have to waste weeks trying to find the best combination of food to be able to get a fat-free back. Heck, i will even tell you how to do it fast and lose most of your back fat in a week (yes, 1 week can change many stuff). So bear with me.

Your first week is your most important week. So do it exactly as i say or i will smack you. Okay i'm not that harsh but i want you to really step up and do it.

1 week - day one: One cup of milk in the morning. Then eat 3 eggs on breakfast with a spoon full of honey. Eat one bread loaf with the eggs.

Do 10 push-ups 4 times one hour after breakfast. Note: if you have your breakfast so early or before you go to work, you can always wait till you come back from work and do it.

I don't really care if you can do 10 push-ups 4 times a day (40 overall) or not. Do it even if takes you to struggle and scream (you won't don't worry). With time it will be piece of cake.

Right after you do the 40 push-ups or after less than 10 minutes of finishing them, go eat lunch fast. You know what, it doesn't even have to be lunch. All you have to do is eat proteins and drink juice. In our case rice,chicken and juice are perfect. This is very important so please stick to this rule. If you ever get lazy or eat after more than 45 minutes from finishing your exercise, anything you eat later will not benefit your back muscle. It might even add to your back fat. So beware. Feed the body after doing the exercise. Then you can have a shower.

Dinner should be light. one egg to rebuild your muscle while you are sleeping is fantastic. Some cheese will give more strength to your bone for the next day.

Day 2- rinse and repeat. Day 3- repeat and repeat till day 7. Now you got a week dedicated to losing back fat.

Important notes regarding your back fat loss mission

I did not mention specific quantities of some of the food above. This is because every body is different in weight and nutrition needs and how fast they burn calories or lose pounds. But my No-Brainer advice is that you can add quantity, reduce quantities or do whatever you want. Just practice accordingly. You don't have to starve. It's a No No for me. My system is meant to make you live normally and maintain a great shape. Otherwise, to hell with this site i won't be killing people with food samples and pills or other crap that is being sold online. My system works - naturally - and it's not exhaustive.

After the first week of the diet and exercise, you will notice a fast dramatic change in your back shape. i suggest you even take a pic in the first day then take another pic in the 7th day.

Before you prove to your self that it works, i made someone prove it to me fast. A colleague of mine that suffered from even much more back fat rolls followed this exact diet and exercise and now she is too attractive for you and me.

This tip is worth a million bucks: Make sure you do the push-ups real slow. The slower your every count is, the more effect on your back fat loss will be. I beg you, do it!

The most important note: do not pay a penny in losing fat fast programs. I did not have to. So you do not either.
